Irma is a boxing champion from Torre Annunziata and the first Italian woman boxer in history to qualify for the Olympics at only eighteen years old. The girl finds herself with the media incessantly on her and in a short time she becomes news: a girl from the “ghetto” who wins the Olympics and writes history. Irma, on the other hand, returned to Italy without a medal. The disappointment is too great, her certainties have collapsed. Is boxing really something for her?
