After separating from his wife, Giulio lives in his car. When he is stopped by the police, he is arrested for the possession of an enormous amount of cocaine and is then violently beaten in prison. In prison Giulio reacts and establishes relations with the other inmates and the prison personnel, and thus reconstructs a positive horizon for himself. A year and a half after entering the prison of Rebibbia, the policewoman who arrested him asks to see him: it’s the beginning of a new phase that will lead to an unexpected turn of events.<\/em><\/p>\n

Mario Sesti (Messina 1958)<\/strong> critico e regista. Ha diretto pi\u00f9 di dieci documentari, selezionati a vari festival presitigiosi. Ha vinto due volte il premio per il migliore libro di cinema, nel 1994 con Nuovo Cinema Italiano<\/em> e nel 1997 con Tutti i film di Pietro Germi<\/em> e nel 2005 si \u00e8 aggiudicato il premio Diego Fabbri per il miglior libro di cinema dell\u2019anno con In quel film c\u2019\u00e8 un segreto<\/em>. Tra i curatori della Festa del Cinema di Roma, ha diretto dal 2012 al 2014 il Taormina Film Fest. Ha collaborato alla sceneggiatura di Appassionate<\/em> (1999) e a quella di Cosa c\u2019entra con l\u2019amore<\/em> (1997) con la quale ha vinto il premio Solinas.<\/p>\n
