How well do we really know those close to us? During a dinner party, seven friends decide to play a dangerous game. Each attendee places their cell phone on the table and agrees to make all texts and calls public in an attempt to prove that they have nothing to hide. What at first seems like a playful distraction between friends quickly turns into something much more toxic as the messages begin to reveal how little they may know about the partners and acquaintances surrounding them.<\/em><\/p>\n

Paolo Genovese<\/strong>, dopo l\u2019esordio come pubblicitario, realizza due cortometraggi insieme a Luca Miniero, Piccole cose di valore non quantificabile e Scoperta di Walter (1999), vincendo numerosi premi nazionali e internazionali. Nel 2001, i due dirigono il loro primo lungometraggio, Incantesimo napoletano, rivisitando il loro corto omonimo del 1998 (David di Donatello). Dal 2010, ha poi scritto e diretto una serie di film campioni di incasso in Italia: La banda dei Babbi Natale, Immaturi, Il Viaggio, Una famiglia perfetta ed infine Tutta colpa di Freud.<\/p>\n

Paolo Genovese<\/strong>, after starting his career as a copywriter, made two short films together with Luca Miniero, Piccole cose di valore non quantificabile and Scoperta di Walter (1999), winning several National and International Awards. In 2001, they both directed their first feature film, Incantesimo napoletano, a revised version of their 1998 short film (David di Donatello).
