\nConditions for admission to the selection[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text]All works submitted must have been produced between August 2020 and January 2021, and must not have already been presented in any other form, including as work-in-progress, in Russia (Moscow, St Petersburg), in the USA (New York, Washington, Philadelphia) and in Strasbourg.<\/p>\n

Directors of first or second works (feature films and documentaries) are invited to provide information about their CV. Works already presented in competition or out of competition at other events in the countries indicated are excluded from selection. Possible exceptions to these conditions may be decided at the discretion of the Director.<\/p>\n
