Isabella Ragonese (Mia) and Luca Marinelli (Paolo) star in a subtle and introspective on-the-road movie in the respective roles of a pregnant back-up singer who doesn’t want children and a gay man who dreams of becoming a father. Both young and both self-doubting in front of life’s responsibilities, they set off on a geographical and emotional journey, from the North to the South of Italy, in a relationship that will unearth their vital drive to exist.

Fabio Mollo (Reggio Calabria, 1980) graduated in 2002 from the University of East London with a degree in Visual Theory and Film History. After obtaining a director diploma at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in 2007, Mollo began working with shorts, including Al buio and Giganti , both selected at the Venice, Turin, and Berlin film festivals. His 2013 debut feature film Il Sud è niente received several nominations at various international events. In 2015 and 2016 Mollo authored two documentaries, Vincenzio da Crosia and The Young Pope: A Tale of Filmmaking, respectively.
